Cathy Melonakis Schneider
Cathy, a Denver native, has worked as a licensed realtor since 1980, starting in property management before entering the world of sales. Prior to working in real estate, Cathy saw success in mortgage lending, where she gained valuable experience that she now uses to support clients. As a realtor, Cathy’s work has focused on single family residences, though she also assists on commercial sales including large multi-unit residential spaces.
Cathy serves as Team Lead for The Schneider Group, modeling the importance of professionalism, good client communication, attention to detail, and continuing education through mentoring and leadership. Cathy attributes her success to these qualities, building a business that has grown out of generations of referrals and return clients.
Respect is critically important to Cathy – she makes it a point to treat her clients with respect through communication and advocacy and to respect her peers in the real estate community. Her sterling reputation and esteem from industry colleagues echoes Cathy’s success and commitment to her ethics.
In her free time, Cathy enjoys traveling, playing golf, hiking, and spending time with loved ones, including her family’s weekly Sunday dinner. Cathy is a certified scuba diver and speaks fluent Greek. As a realtor, Cathy has found the perfect cross-over of her personal and professional life, making lifelong friends with shared interests through the business.

Kristen Diebel
Kristen has been a licensed Realtor since 2014, helping people buy and sell residential properties throughout the vibrant and diverse Denver Metro area. With a passion for real estate and a commitment to excellence, she has successfully guided clients through the process of buying and selling residential real estate for the past decade.
Kristen prides herself on building authentic, lasting relationships with her clients. She believes that understanding their unique needs and goals is the cornerstone of exceptional customer service. When she's not assisting clients, Kristen enjoys embracing the Colorado outdoors through hiking and golfing. She also loves curling up with a good book and cherishing moments with her husband and their four wonderful children.
Kelley Schneider
Kelley began her real estate career in 2012, representing commercial tenants and finding and analyzing buy-and-flip housing deals with a group of investors. Having received her M.B.A. from Regis University in 2011 and after excelling in corporate marketing consulting, Kelley chose to become a Realtor after seeing the success of her parents and friends in the industry. Since entering the industry, Kelley has sold everything from $200,000 condos, $9 million apartment buildings, and everything in between in residential, commercial land, retail centers, and industrial complexes.
Kelley is proud of the service provider she has become. Having grown up in a Realtor household, she’s built on her parents’ decades of experience in the Denver area, taking the lessons she’s learned and adapting them to her individual brand. She’s grateful to be able to work alongside her mother Cathy, who receives high praise from her professional peers. Kelley focuses her services on honesty and trust – having even turned down commissions that go against her integrity.
Personable and professional, Kelley is a strong negotiator, using her mind for numbers to get to the heart of every conversation. She builds strong relationships with her clients centered on honesty and authenticity. In her free time, Kelley enjoys yoga, soccer, running, and has recently fallen in love with playing pool.
