Cathy, a Denver native, has worked as a licensed realtor since 1980, starting in property management before entering the world of sales. Prior to working in real estate, Cathy saw success in mortgage lending, where she gained valuable experience that she now uses to support clients. As a realtor, Cathy’s work has focused on single family residences, though she also assists on commercial sales including large multi-unit residential spaces.

Cathy serves as Team Lead for The Schneider Group, modeling the importance of professionalism, good client communication, attention to detail, and continuing education through mentoring and leadership. Cathy attributes her success to these qualities, building a business that has grown out of generations of referrals and return clients.

Respect is critically important to Cathy – she makes it a point to treat her clients with respect through communication and advocacy and to respect her peers in the real estate community. Her sterling reputation and esteem from industry colleagues echoes Cathy’s success and commitment to her ethics.

In her free time, Cathy enjoys traveling, playing golf, hiking, and spending time with loved ones, including her family’s weekly Sunday dinner. Cathy is a certified scuba diver and speaks fluent Greek. As a realtor, Cathy has found the perfect cross-over of her personal and professional life, making lifelong friends with shared interests through the business.

Cathy is a member of the RE/MAX Hall of Fame and a recipient of the RE/MAX Lifetime Achievement award, and was twice recognized as Top 20 Agent for the entire RE/MAX Mountain States region.
