Kelley Schneider

Kelley began her real estate career in 2012, representing commercial tenants and finding and analyzing buy-and-flip housing deals with a group of investors. Having received her M.B.A. from Regis University in 2011 and after excelling in corporate marketing consulting, Kelley chose to become a Realtor after seeing the success of her parents and friends in the industry. Since entering the industry, Kelley has sold everything from $200,000 condos, $9 million apartment buildings, and everything in between in residential, commercial land, retail centers, and industrial complexes.

Kelley is proud of the service provider she has become. Having grown up in a Realtor household, she’s built on her parents’ decades of experience in the Denver area, taking the lessons she’s learned and adapting them to her individual brand. She’s grateful to be able to work alongside her mother Cathy, who receives high praise from her professional peers. Kelley focuses her services on honesty and trust – having even turned down commissions that go against her integrity.

Personable and professional, Kelley is a strong negotiator, using her mind for numbers to get to the heart of every conversation. She builds strong relationships with her clients centered on honesty and authenticity. In her free time, Kelley enjoys yoga, soccer, running, and has recently fallen in love with playing pool.

Kelley is a member of the RE/MAX Executive Club, RE/MAX 100% Club (2019-2022), and the DMAR Platinum Club and is well on her way to becoming CCIM certified.
