Founded at the turn of the 20th century, many of Congress Park’s original homes still stand, featuring Victorian, Queen Anne, and Denver Square architectural features.

Just to the west of Congress Park lies City Park, with a wide variety of activities for families and individuals including sports facilities, walking and biking paths, the Denver Zoo, and the Denver Museum of Nature and Science.
